Orders
How do I know my order went through?
You will get a confirmation email within a few minutes of checkout. If it has not arrived, check your spam folder, then check that the address on your account is correct.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If the order has not shipped yet, contact us and we will do what we can. Once it is with the carrier, use the returns process instead.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders over $100 in the United States and Canada. Orders below that are charged at the rate shown at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1:00pm Pacific Time on a business day usually leave the warehouse the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, go out the next business day.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States and Canada. If you are outside those countries, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
Returns and exchanges
What is the return window?
Eligible items can be exchanged within 30 days of shipment. See Returns & Exchanges for the full policy.
What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it.
Sizing
How do I choose a size?
Each product page carries its own size guidance – sleeves are usually chosen by body weight, wraps and belts by the measurements listed on the product page. When you are between two sizes, size up for a looser fit or down for more compression.
Products
How do I care for sleeves and wraps?
Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and air dry away from direct heat. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use bleach.
Do you offer a warranty?
Our gear is built to be trained in. If a product fails under normal use, contact us with your order number and a description of what happened.
